I really couldn't tell you. I don't use them - never did, never will. 
Compuserve has changed the way they charge for services. They have a 
$25.00 fee per month that allows unlimited access to the internet, and 
many other areas. This is relatively new, but I kept my 10.00 per month 
plan since I'm only there for the E-Mail & reference services. I have a 
free internet account provided by my job.
