EB has no creative input into RAW.

Since the current talent split started, the problem with RAW is that 
they've needed to elevate several people to top tier status.  For 
whatever reason they haven't done that, with every try (RVD & Kane for 
example) resulting in the wrestler going back to square one.  The sad 
thing is that Vince should know better.
