Prost drivers to stay put?

(29-Jul-98) - Prost seem increasingly likely to maintain their driver
line-up of Jarno Trulli and Olivier Panis next year.

Ralf Schumacher, Johnny Herbert and Heinz-Harald Frentzen have all been
contacted to the team but it appears Schumacher and Frentzen have the best
chances of a seat after Peugeot asked the team to consider a German driver
for marketing reasons.

Panis, however, still seems safe as it is believed that title sponsors,
Gauloises, want at least one French driver in the team and Prost appears
likely to take up his option on Jarno Trulli.

Alain Prost said, "I'm intent on keeping both my drivers - I see no
reason to change them."
