Dave -

These are all "paper" caps, and as such may be replaced with just about 
any of the popular "Orange Drop" style caps.  Polyester, metalized film, 
polypropylene, film & foil, etc.

Generally speaking, capacitors smaller than 1 microfarad are almost 
always "paper" capacitors and those larger than 1 uF are almost always 
"electrolytic" capacitors.  Electrolytics are also
"polarized" and will 
have some sort of marking to identify the Positive (+) or Negative (-) end.
