GH>> I live 918 miles south of Whitehorse, Steven and I call it south
GH>> north..:-) Dawson Creek "Mile 0" of the Alaska Highway.

BF>> Dawson Creek is a TV-series.

GH> Nope you are thinking of Dawson's Creek. That is a fictional town some
GH> where in the southern states.

Oh, is there any difference?

BF>> 918 miles, what will that be in km? You know, we don't use miles, we
BF>> belong to The New World. :-)

 GH> 1477.37 km

You are very exact.
Wow, that would mean 147 metric miles and that's so long so you just don't
walk over for a cup of coffe.
And the people here in northern Sweden thinks that 40 miles are nothing.

BF>> 5 what? F or C? You use F, or......

 GH> C

So, you do somethig right. :-)

 GH>> A k6-2/300 with a 3Gb hd, 320mb mem, running OS/2. Wife has a Duron 850

BF>> You must mean 30 GB hd. 3 GB was in the stoneage.

GH> Nope 3Gb my back up machine a p166 has a 4Gb Hd. I am in the stone age.

Don't say that. I do have a p200 with 1,7 gb and win 98 just for play.
