Well, if you have a linux box handy with an SD card reader:
Let's call the sd card reader /dev/sdz, so to make an image of the card:
dd if=/dev/sdz of=mypiimage.img
and to copy one to a new card
dd if=mypiimage.img of=/dev/sdz
The account you use will have to be a memeber of the group disk, or
prepend sudo before the dd.
