I know this one!  Take a jar of applesauce and add an equal amount of
cinnamon.  Mix into a dough.  Roll out and cut out your cookie shapes.  Punch 
a hole in them at the top for your hanger.  Put on cookie sheet and allow
to dry 
overnight in a warm oven.  Hope this helps!
