Then find yourself a teacher of mediumship. Faster/easier than doing
it by yourself. Safer too !

Sounds like you may already be partly clairaudient.

If you do conscious mediumistic training then you will be more relaxed
when communicating with your guides. In sleep state AND in the
conscious state.
