Hey everyone,

I'd just like to commend Blizzard Entertainment for an act of decency
which, in my experience with corporations, is practically
unprecedented. Recently, Blizzard have released a patch for an older
game of theirs, Diablo 2, that enables you to play the game without
having the CD in your hard drive.

I'm honestly touched by this kind act of decency and respect. Even if
you figure it's designed to increase interest in their other products,
it's worked in my case -- and from this point on I'll make a point of
telling this story to anyone who talks about illegally copying any of
Blizzard's software.

All it took, for me, was this one act of basic decency.

Matthew
