Can TimEd re-define keystrokes? If so, you could have two copies of TimEd
set-up, and in the one accessed by your users, define Alt-J to do something
like run a .BAT file that shows an ANSI with "What the F**K do you think
you're doing?" and echo a hang-up string to your modem. AFAIK it should work
(providing you can somehow set that up).
