In response to your request for information about dive travel
locations, I can recommend Cozumel, Mexico.
I made 16 dives at various reefs around the south-west side
of Cozumel, last September. These dive sites varied from
10 to 30 metres in depth, and were all very beautiful. 
The water is around 28 degrees Celsius most of the year.
The marine life includes many kinds of soft and hard coral,
sea fans, molluscs, and hundreds of kinds of fish. Almost
everything is brilliantly colorful. The cost for the Galapago Inn
was $600 US per person, and included three meals per day, five days
of two-tank boat dives, unlimited beach dives, and the hotel.
In addition, you would have the cost of airfare from Germany.
I felt this dive vacation was an excellent value and I plan on
a return visit around the end of this year. Best wishes in
