No. As I explained I am a Empathic being not a telepathic being .. I
only explained the way both are the same as a means of helping those
who fear telapaths and or empaths to understand that it is in fact us
who are the victims of our abilities. It is not a blessing to be born
Esper active at all. As I explained before, the Esper Active from the
early ages of youth is usually unable to control the ability and is
forced to either hear everyones thoughts in the case of the telepath,
or feel all strong emotions around them in the case of the empathic.
However, it can be learned by us how to stop most thoughts or emotions
from reaching any of us. The one thing which can be caused by an empath
is the generation of the emotion of Love in the person whom is attacking
them or desires to harm them. Makes for a good defense.. whichI have
myself used in the past.

Well the control factor would require one to be more than empathic.
They would need to be a telepath. I might point out here that if it
were possible to take over someone that the person being taken over
would need to be weak minded or themselves desire the outside contact.
