I really wonder how Bell Mobility will figure out someone has a
cloned phone?
Actually in talking with one of their managers, they said there
really is not a lot of cloning on their network, but the real
problem is people who grab esn and other info and clone phones
for use in the u.s.a. to rack up huge fraudulent phone bills.
