Award Description:

To be given to the wrestler who did the most and the best high-flying
maneuvers throughout the year. In 1994, this award was split into two: 
North
American and Non-North American.  In 1998, it was recombined.

GREG PIZZO: Eddie's frogsplash is still the best in the business.

DON L: Rey Mysterio came back this year as good as ever with new
highflying moves in his moveset, Rey takes top spot. RVD is always a
guarantees some great highspots comes in 2nd and Eddie Guerrero comes in a
close third.

THE CUBS FAN: While Rey's my favorite guy here, Hombre Sin Nombre had all
sorts of chances to be really cool given some actual screen time, but NO,
his uncle/brother/"unrelated person with prior version of same gimmick"
ended up causing him to go to AAA! That's inhuman.
