I'm not even sure whose version of Msged I'm using at this point, but it

I've noticed that the Scan List Setup Quit options appear on the screen
even when they can't be accessed (such as when the area list or message
list is displayed).  It would be nice to have them go away when they aren't
really there: I sat there in the area list trying to quit, and all I got
was a sore mouse finger.
