I know what they are.

I only quoted the propogation delay as
(a) I didn't have a figure for rise/fall time for TTL; and
(b) for the prop delay to be meaningful, the rise/fall time MUST
    be a lesser value.

So with a propogation delay of 7 nS for TTL, the rise/fall time
must be less than that, hence MUCH less than the 100 nS of CMOS
at 5v.
