P4 was written when there were a lot of nodes, the *Cs were the body to carry
out various functions. Yes I am sure there were problem *Cs but I am certain
most were decent and enjoying the hobby.

We all have opinions, sometimes they are right sometime they are crap.

But they are almost all based on FTN technology and all depend on a few people
who run those networks.

I have yet to see another net that I would say, gee Fidonet should be like
that because of reason a, b, c etc.

20 years ago there were a lot of popular other nets of which I was a member of
quite a few, most or all of them have gone, I am just glad Fidonet didn't do
the same.
