The new windows95 keybaords have a windows key that does the same thing as 
CTRL-ESC. I'm almost sure that the keyboard itself sends it. I personally 
don't have a keyboard like it, but I hate them because whenever I use them, I 
keep hitting it instead of ALT, causeing that damn start menu to pop up. I 
think I would either write soemthing to catch the signal and change it to an 
ALT, or use it as one of the keys in a game. :)
