My feeling is that you should explicitly size all of your full-sized screens
to 640 by 480, with position at ScreenCenter.  (Forget the one in a million
who is still using an EGA screen.)  Then if your user is using 640*480
resolution, he will get a full screen app.  If he is using say 1024*768,
then the app. will be only a partial screen - but surely this is exactly
what the user wants.  By running 1024 resolution, he is deliberately
sacrificing readability in order to have some spare desk top space left free
when a "standard" app. runs.
I feel that if you use one of those SIZER add-ons to blow your 640*480 up to
full screen size on a 1024*768, you will probably just annoy the user.
