The message from Lorne Murphy rises higher:
-=> From what I recall, Clark Ray said this to Lorne Murphy <=-
CR> LP of _Real To Reel_ which I may pick up. I have no real reason to,
LM> That's your fav, isn't it?
Yeah, but I'm satisfied with the CD. I'd rather sepnd the money on
something I don't already have.
CR> Arizona that used to carry a lot of Marillion 12" singles. I got a
CR> few.
LM> Which ones? I love some of the B-sides... of course, I had heard
LM> many of them before on _B-sides themselves_, which I just have on a
LM> cassette (boo!) but it's great to actually flip the album and hear
LM> the B side... I *love* "Freaks" and "Lady Nina".
I've got three British 12" singles:
Picture disc of "Incommunicado" (album mix and an alternative mix) /
"Going Under" (with an added guitar solo)
"Market Square Heroes"/"Three Boats Down From The Candy"/"Punch And
Judy" ("Market" has an extra verse over the one on _B-sides_ and it also
doesn't fade out, but rather just ends).
"Uninvited Guest" (7" mix and 12" mix) / "The Bell In The Sea"
CR> The place I go to has a picture disk of _Wise After The Event_. I'm
CR> thinking about picking it up, but will I like the music? Keep in mind
CR> that I don't care for _The Geese and The Ghost_.
LM> I doubt you'll like _Wise after the event_ then. It's a little
LM> different than _Ghost_ but still, I doubt you'll like very much of
LM> AP's solo work at all. The pic disc would be nice to have, though.
Yeah. It was still there last time I went. I'll probably pick it up
next time. It's got a picture of a hare.
