I am the QWK hub for SFnet.  The NC does not require that you apply to the
network before joining as a QWK node.

I am also the QWK hub for ILink and Micronet.  Those networks do require that
you apply and be approved before you can join as a QWK node.

I also carry, but am not the hub for, DevNet and Gamenet.
