Thanks Ben,

I have heard good reports of MS's Security Essentials but because I used
a MS anti-virus program called Microsoft Safety Scanner MSERT.EXE some
time ago and it said it 'found' some questionable files and offered me a
change to keep them if I wanted to, so I told it not to do anything to
those files by selecting the button for that, but when I got to the next
screen it had 'PARTIALLY REMOVED' two files that were not in the list
they showed me on the previous screen.

That left a bad taste in my mouth for MS "Drive Scanner" programs.

Have you or any others who use MS SE had a experience like that?

I'd like to hear if MS SE is trustworthy. Thanks!
