GH> If no one writes indeed it will not survive. Me I don't say all that
 GH> much.

You are doing well so far.

BF>> And what does life look like over there. Do you live in Canada? I have
BF>> seen Whitehorse on my map and find that it is a strange name on

GH> We are an extension of the prairies here mostly grain farming a bit of
GH> cattle, oil and gas, lumbering, and tourism.

Seems nice.

GH> I live 918 miles south of Whitehorse, Steven and I call it south
GH> north..:-) Dawson Creek "Mile 0" of the Alaska Highway.

Dawson Creek is a TV-series.
918 miles, what will that be in km? You know, we don't use miles, we belong
to The New World. :-)

BF>> a city. Nothing I ever had heard of before. Calgary, Edmonton and so on
BF>> are famous.

GH> So is Dawson Creek see above.

Only in my TV.

BF>> The spring are slowly coming here but yesterday there was some snow.

GH> We are getting close to decent weather here it was about 5 today and real
 GH> cloudy.

5 what? F or C? You use F, or......

 GH> A k6-2/300 with a 3Gb hd, 320mb mem, running OS/2. Wife has a Duron 850
 GH> 20Gb and 256 mem, Win98se, no lan yet.

You must mean 30 GB hd. 3 GB was in the stoneage.
I have heard that Win 98 only can handle 128 MB mem correct so that mem above
is not realy in use.
I will check your homepage next time I'm on the net.
