the first one is your "default" zone... if you change them around, the meaning
of your outbound directory changes... both your tosser and your BSO mailer need
to have the same default zone address...

i suspect that you've added Z637 to your config and placed it above your
initial Z4 entry... if this is true, swap them back around and leave your Z4
entry listed first...
