Why does a technical "how-to" document need to be "signed"? We're not talking
about the fucked up US political system here, just a bunch of stand-alone

What is this fixation you have with signing a how-to document?

I do not worship it. I followed it's advice and obtained a nodelist - end of
story. Policy 4 has very little to do with my online presence today.
