Allegro is wierd. so are all of the other libraries. It's hard to like a 
graphics library that someone else wrote unless it's similar to your own. I 
started doing it in 320x200 with some code I found from someone else.. I 
think the next game will be a 3D f-zero ripoff with a huge screenmode, like 
640x480 32 bit. :)
