 Funny, never had a problem with sugar. Adjacent to our mid-sized
 shopping centre on the outskirts of Auckland was Chelsea Sugar
 refinery, which refined bulk sugar brought in by ships from Oz,
 and elsewhere.

 There was a distinct odour of caramel, and mountains of pure
 white refined sugar.

 And boongs. Kept the entire local boong populace employed one
 way or another. Every boong that you met works there. I'm sure
 they swap places with their brethren when the other was too
 stoned/drunk or incarcerated. Us whiteys can't tell 'em apart.
