Indeed it does when viewed with GoldED+ but when viewed with OpenXP, the CHRS
kludge is IBM437:

Ummmmmmm, not quite sure what's going on here, it's just as though OpenXP has
changed CP437 2 back to IBM437, IYSWIM ???????
