*BZZZZZTTT!!* Sorry Derek, Must've missed the episode of TNG, where
the Yamato blew-up because of a (of all things) Alien Computer Virus.
 
Very interesting story line too... Although this was back around the
time the Micheangelo Virus was supposed to strike MANY PC's.
 
 If I remember right, The SAME actor who played Sisko's friend, in the DS9
episode, 'The Maqui', also played the part of the captain of the Yamato.
(and, like Picard, was also a achiologist at heart.)
