SD> Very good album! Used to have it, lost it, now have "Staring

Though it's slightly different twists on old songs, I really like "Mixed
Up."
SD> DS> 9) Dire Straits - Dire Straits
SD> Terrific band. Still brings back memories!
Never been a real big fan of these guys, but I do like "Money for
Nothing." Oh, and back then, my neighborhood didn't have MTV yet, so
Sting's backup chorus was appealing to me.
SD> DS> 6) Frankie Goes To Hollywood - Relax

Was it one of those things where you didn't quite know what it meant until
you were a bit older?
SD> 8) Siouxsie & the Banshees - Israel
SD> I remember "Peekaboo"
Liked this one. Very different.
SD> DS> 9) Depeche Mode - New Life
SD> My all-time favorite band. Gosh, I can remember when "New Life"

Sometimes I'm still amazed when I hear a song that sounds relatively
contemporary...and then I think back and realize it's been fifteen years
or so.
SD> DS> 10) Village People - Y.M.C.A.
SD> A wee bit before my time, but I still listen to it. Know the

Much of this era, I've tried to forget. Seriously, though, this song
was the closer at my wedding reception, and it definitely brought the
house down. BTW, when I was in Orlando recently, I found out that
this song is still so popular that it's a regularly scheduled event (12:05
PM, I believe) each night at Pleasure Island's Trax club!
