Hi David,
Question 1.
   I have a very basic system, running only Dos 6.22 and using Memmaker.  As 
for an e-mail address, no I don't have one.  I used to when I was running 
Windows.  Then, I used Juno.  But because Windows took up so much of my drive 
space and I used Windows very little (only for Juno) I removed it from my 
system.
