To do this with an Internet BBS you need a 24hr. connection to your ISP
and a static ip address, then anyone can connect from the Internet.
A caller, from the Internet, will not see any long distance charges as long
as it's not a long distance call to his ISP.
You can check out my BBS on the Internet at: http://206.106.145.5
if you want to see what's possible. I have 2 lines, 1 full time Internet
connection, and 1 dial-up.
Good luck,
Rick
