Hmmmm. Funny, they've always treated me very nicely. While there have been
some problems with some of their modems in the past, those are ironed out
now, and a new modem purchased now should work just fine. I'm very pleased
with my Courier V.everything (with the free upgrade to x2/56K installed)...
