Sounds VERY strange to me! :-) In fact, I'd almost say "rubbish".

In the words of MANY people "C++ is a real programmer's language"
I say "amen". :-)
If you want to program a game, don't even THINK of doing it in Pascal,
there are about 2 people worldwide who write games in Pascal, and they're
thinking about moving to C/C++.. ;-)
Nearly ALL examples out there regarding games programming are in
C/C++ with a little ASM..
So, in my opinion, if you want to write games, or get any kind of user
support, program in C++! :-)
