Hi George!

 SA> fake reports & "suggestions for imnprovement". The anti-terror
 SA> advert comes on TV every few minutes, but doesn't give much insight

Apart from that, I think most calls are people ringing to give "advice"
on how silly the concept is, & how to "improve" it.

 GP> Caller: "how do I know if this raghead next door to me is a
 GP> terrorist?" Hotline: "Does he talk like Apu on Simpsons, or does he
 GP> kind of talk like he's trying to cough out a hair in his throat?"
 GP> Caller: "Sounds like he just drank a quart of buttermilk & inhaled
 GP> a handful of goosedown"
 GP> Hotline: "Stay right there, sir, we'll be right there with the
 GP> American army!"

Not as silly as it sounds! I vaguely recall the instructions we were
given (many years ago) for reporting to those above us if we received
a "bomb threat" on our work phones. Stuff like "was the
caller (1) calm
(2) nervous (3) excited ... "

Our plan was to exit the building ASAP, and not worry too much about
the caller's state of mind!

 GP> Lucky you! :P  (ours close at 11pm usually (not that "late", IMO!)

McDonalds "cuisine" is consistent, if nothing else :)
