What I ment is that if the nab just stops distributing an area, it will
keep existing on a lot of other (connected) systems. What they atleast
should do, is post a message in such an area a couple of days in advance
annoucing the pending removal. So nodes are aware of it. Or can be when
they decide to read their message base in the distant future...
