An improvement, perhaps, but still... my thinking is that somebody who
doesn't (already) know they can't create /sbbs without being root isn't
going to know how to do the "run as root" that you added. They don't
know *how* to run that command as root.
Would it be better to first instruct them to "su" to root, or to preface
the commands with "sudo"? The example prompts ('$') might need to be
changed to '#' also...? Just my (unrequested) input. ;-)
