LJ> No, I've never met him. I don't hobnob. The only game composer I've
ever
LJ> met (outside the folks who went to the Edirol conference last year) is
LJ> Bobby Prince. As to my not being on the program, I'm not surprised.
Don't hobnob? Geez, give the guy a phone call or something. Mention that
you work for 3D Realms (and have worked on Duke 3D, among other games) and he
might actually listen! :-)
LJ> Tell them that. Shoot, tell Scott and George that.
Well, think about it for a moment. Who do you know that is reknowned for
their game music? The only other people I can think of are George Oldziey
(the Wing Commander III composer) and George "The Fat Man" Sanger.
LJ> I can't discuss anything related to this, either.
Well, just make sure that the theme (whatever it may be) is so good that
even one or two years later we still won't be able to get it out of our
ads!
LJ> This I can discuss - it won't happen. Period. KMFDM is signed for
rey,
LJ> and only for Prey. End of line.
Kind of a loss, but you make it sound like DNF is going to have some
special treatment as well. Would that be the case? That's probably general
and non-revealing enough of a question to answer.
