It seems that is the case all over. The sheep-skin is the ticket
and it seems post-grad degrees are in more demand. I'm glad I
got my BS EE/CS when I did.

I had some problems with 40m here and my Kenwood 430s. Everything was
OK until you went over 100w using the amp. Lottsa fed back through
the mic. I have never found out why. I just use the Ten-Tec instead
and the same mic.
It's good you found the problem. Things like that can be a pain
in the butt.
