     Altho I use Quicken for DOS, v8, the principle
should be the same.  When I start reconcile, it shows
the date of the last time.  Also, those items which
have been reconciled should be checked off as CLR
(cleared) (in whatever method WP WIN does it).
     P.S., That'll teach her to reconcile every month!
I once had to help someone reconcile a whole year's
worth - what a mess!!
