 I could be wrong here... but I think he means login as someone else
 without dropping the modem connection.
 And I don't know of any way you could do that with Max.  But I've
 been wrong before!  
 Hmmn.... well, you'd want to shut down to run errorlevel mail
 tossing and things, so even if it *can* be done, it's probably
 not a good idea. 
 He must get a lot of callers if his users can't just hang up and
 call back.
