Yes a motorola flip phone can also honk the horn of your car if
you purchase the in-car kit for it.
You may need the extended system but my dealer made me a bag
phone out of a extended system (don't ask what it cost) and
commented there were connections to honk the horn or any other
device you want.
If you use your phone much in the car, get a hands-free as a
minimum as it makes for much safer driving and better reception
in marginal areas.
