Hey Paul!

Actually this one looks to be the best since it gets rid of some annoying
control issues which I note you don't use anyhow and keeps the header's
DateTime stamp in UTC.  Not that it really matters any since I've noticed that
most BBS's screw it up no matter what.  However the extra-special one seems to
escape their evil clutches.  :::knock on wood:::
