I would like to know where I could possibly find the information on having
a schedule runned at a particular day...
I've gone thru the docs, yes for sure, and found nice info on scheduling by
days, week, wkend.... even hours, but couldn't find any statement that
pointed out how I would have to setup for a once a month event.

I would like to use it for posting the monthly rules of that area I do moderate.
For the moment I use FD, squish, msged, with a slight change to move over
to binkley... if really needed.
