Yes, 24554 is a binkp port. IREX listens on 24554, but I'm not sure about
outgoing port(s). That' why I'm asking.
I'm sure when I had my pure NAT router (it died), it logged both
incoming/outgoing port activity, and IREX chose outbound ports randomly. I had
a software conflict with IREX because of this.
