Yes, I'm sure you did order TSEjr for OS/2.  I've
registered 'em all myself. But, that doesn't change the
fact there is no TSE for OS/2!
Perhaps you are unaware that TSE is a different product
than TSEjr.  TSE is for DOS only, TSEjr has a version for
both DOS and OS/2.  But, TSEjr is not as capable overall as
TSE (hence the "jr").
