Good point, here. I was behind somebody, recently, on a four-lane divided
road, speed limit 30 mph. He wasn't speeding; what he appeared to be doing
was playing with the power steering. At a stop light, I stopped about 5 car
lengths in back of him. I just didn't know whether he was in control or not.
