Yep! I believe it wwas hurricane Betsy in 1965 that went as far north as Minnesota. I have data here that far back and can look it up, but the data doesn't tell me the strength of the storm -- just the beginning and the and and the path in-between. Betsy devastated New Orleans, but the levees held. RW> You're welcome. (somebody has to care) I'm realy glad to kmow someone does. I mean that. I slipped between RW> Gustov and a front coming in from the west on Tuesday as I made my RW> way to Illinois. Gustov finally got there on Thursday. Buried my RW> mother on Friday and headed back to Texas on Saturday. According to my logs, you've been connecting fine, but not receiving anything. Joe's mother died on August 21. High pressure systems coming in from the west are what diverted Hannah from coming this way. They were in columns of two, two deep. The file problem I had here has been fixed and everything is back to mormal.
