Yep, pretty much.  Gotta keypoke the choices first, my default areas are 
named COM, NET, and NIN, and the s.  I set defaults for most of the 
other items, too, and then display a list of settings and tell them how to 
get to the menu to change them.  From my NEWUSER2.MEC:
