Probably Janis or DAllas can best answer this, but in case
anybody knows ...

Emails to echolist address aren't bouncing, as of yet, but
just curious when it will return to service.  One echo I'm
responsible for has added a co-mod and now is linked to a
listserv.  Next update for that echo will leave here on the
23rd of this month.
